Emergency Support for Clients

Digital Commerce doesn't sleep. In the event your website is unavailable or severely degraded resulting in loss of functionality and/or not transacting you should raise an Emergency Support Request (ESR). This can be done in one of two ways;

  • Create a Jira ticket and set the Priority Status to Blocker. This will auto-escalate to on-call support 24/7
  • Phone our office number and select the relevant technical support option to be routed to on-call support 24/7
