Ksubi partnered with Moustache Republic to reimagine its digital experience across every market it trades in - balancing streetwear attitude with the speed, search and merchandising tooling of a modern storefront. The brand had the product and the global following; the site needed to live up to both.
Across seven regional storefronts, the previous front end was built on an ageing template and a legacy page-builder dependency that slowed the team down on every campaign. It generated clicks, but it wasn’t turning browsing into buying intent, and it didn’t feel as confident or premium as the clothes themselves.
Moustache Republic delivered a complete, mobile-first front-end rebuild on a modern Shopify Plus foundation - built for value per visit and designed to scale across every region. Custom merchandising tools, AI-powered shopper assistance and a content workflow that ships in minutes give the team room to move, while a faster, more premium experience converts more intent into orders. Rebuilt the front end on a modern, mobile-first Shopify Plus foundation - future-proofing the experience across all seven regional storefronts, with page speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO and GEO built in from the ground up
Tuned the entire experience for value per visit, not just clicks, so browsing converts into buying intent.
Replaced the legacy page-builder dependency so the team can launch campaigns without leaning on developers for routine work
Designed mobile-first - two distinct, gender-led homepage templates for the men’s and women’s storefronts, with men’s as the default
