Ecostore’s Magento platform had become increasingly difficult to manage, limiting the team’s ability to update content, launch products efficiently and optimise the customer experience. The site now supports brand-new subscription offerings, enabling customers to schedule recurring orders for the first time.
Moustache Republic led the migration to Shopify Plus, delivering a cleaner, faster and more intuitive storefront designed for both customers and internal teams. Navigation was simplified, checkout and post-purchase journeys were refined, and subscription experiences were streamlined through Recharge. The result is a future-ready ecommerce platform that supports Ecostore’s sustainability mission while improving operational efficiency, performance and conversion across AU and NZ markets.
