With retail locations in Thredbo, Perisher and Sydney, Snowsport has long been one of Australia’s most trusted alpine retailers. But online, their experience lacked the structure, UX maturity and technical clarity to reflect the depth of their in-store expertise or the nuance of their product range.

Moustache Republic partnered with the Snowsport team to architect a modern Shopify front-end focused on clarity, scalability and guided decision-making. Sizing was inconsistent across brands, filtering lacked cohesion and PDPs provided little education around technical gear. Our solution introduced a modular design system, brand-specific guidance, visual rating systems and context-aware storytelling. The result is a smarter, faster ecommerce experience that empowers every customer, from first-time snow-goers to seasoned skiers.
