Jurlique partnered with Moustache Republic to unify their retail and ecommerce operations through a full omnichannel upgrade. With a sharp focus on Shopify POS migration, theme optimisation, and smarter promotions, the project was delivered just in time for Black Friday - giving Jurlique a more connected, customer-first experience across channels.

Jurlique needed to evolve their retail and digital systems fast, with Black Friday approaching and customer expectations rising. Their POS and ecommerce platforms were disconnected, promotions were limited, and the site wasn’t converting as it should.
Moustache Republic stepped in to deliver a complete omnichannel transformation: migrating to Shopify POS, enabling Click and Collect, implementing advanced promotional tools, and refreshing the site theme for both speed and performance. We also connected Givy to allow gift cards to be used across touchpoints, integrated Indigo8 to manage inventory and clearance pricing across stores, and brought in Athos Commerce to power smarter search.
Jurlique now has a cleaner, faster, more connected experience - ready for both peak season and long-term growth.
The challenge
- Retail and ecommerce were siloed: Lightspeed POS disconnected from Shopify
- Gift cards couldn’t be used both in-store and online
- No Click and Collect offering for omnichannel customers
- Promotional capabilities were limited (no dynamic GWP or BOGO)
- Existing theme underperformed in both UX and conversion
- No centralised inventory control or clearance pricing setup
