St. Frock’s reliance on their legacy tech for loyalty and store credit had become a blocker to operational efficiency and future growth. They needed to move to Shopify’s native gift card and store credit solutions - but that required careful migration of data, systems, and customer expectations.
Moustache Republic managed the full scoping, testing, and rollout of the migration. We transitioned all customer accounts, gift cards, and store credit data into Shopify while building a bespoke integration between Loop Returns and Shopify’s store credit engine. This enabled St. Frock to issue credit automatically for returns processed through Loop - creating a smoother, smarter customer service experience. Post-migration, gift cards and store credit could no longer be used to purchase other gift cards, resolving a long-standing business risk.
