As Tool Kit Depot transitioned to Moustache Republic for retained ecommerce support, our priority was to streamline pricing complexity and deliver a more scalable, reliable digital platform. A major focus was the migration from customer group-based pricing to a more sophisticated price list model pulled directly from Microsoft Dynamics 365. This allows club, PowerPass, and trade customers to receive accurate pricing in real time.
To power Tool Kit Depot’s loyalty experience, we integrated Open Loyalty and extended BigCommerce’s store credit capabilities with custom checkout logic that supports point redemption. Alongside these foundational enhancements, we continue to evolve the frontend - redesigning navigation for ease of use and implementing smart refund automation. Our strategic development roadmap ensures that Tool Kit Depot’s ecommerce channel stays ahead of operational and customer expectations.
