To bring Wallace Cotton’s elegant, established brand online without disrupting core systems, Moustache Republic led a complete redesign and replatform to Shopify Plus. A critical piece was integrating OnTempo - Wallace Cotton’s POS and retail system, ensuring real-time data flow for inventory, order history, loyalty, and customer records.
This was the first time connecting OnTempo with Shopify, requiring a bespoke connector developed in-house to maintain accuracy and integrity across channels. The redesigned site also included enhancements like loyalty-based checkout extensions, gift cards, store credit, pre-order functionality, and Dotdigital’s back-in-stock automation.
Careful technical validation and stakeholder alignment ensured minimal disruption, with agile solutions deployed to resolve live data sync issues post-launch.
